COSMODE: COSTume MODE Magazine

Japanese Text, 129 pages, 8/30/2004, Eichi Co., Ltd., ISBN#: 4-7542-5455-4

Over the years, "COSMO: Costume Model Magazine" changed it's format.  The first volume of "COSMO" completely sold out, and is no longer in print.  The hugely successful magazine turned to a larger and thicker format, and goes by the name "COSMODE: COSTume MODE Magazine".  This glossy magazine continues to be an excellent source of up-to-date cosplay information in Japan.  A generous combination of fashion photography, tips and relevant information.  We wanted to add that in July's issue, Barbie Tukino and Kaie Tada are featured along with 8 other talented cosplayers in the "COSMODE Selection".  It's exciting to see friends' work showcased in the leading cosplay magazine.  Barbie and Kaie look beautiful, wearing their reworked Alucard and Maria costumes.  They are also wearing stunning costumes from Inu-Yasha and Peace Maker.  Barbie's elaborate wigs are highlighted in the "Wig Style Perfect Book", too.  Wow!
